Any questions are usually answered within eight hours of receipt since I also hate to wait for answers.

Unlike most sellers, I've always left feedback immediately after payment so purchasers are free to leave me deserved feedback without risk of retaliation. According to the new rules, sellers can no longer retaliate for neutral/negative feedback anyway...and now I expect that sellers who used to hold their feedback as a sword over the heads of purchasers to become a lot more customer oriented.

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss the problem so we can work out a solution. I attempt to describe items fairly and accurately but, being only human, may miss something of consequence periodically.

Paypal Ships Next Day: I strive to mail purchases quickly but, due to the increase in gas prices, I may very rarely skip a day if I only have one or two small packages to mail. I will always mail within two days, however, and I always send an email to the purchaser informing them of what day I plan on mailing their item.

I mail Monday thru Friday and used to go cross-town to mail on Saturdays until I found out books just sit there until Monday anyway as the back of the post office is only set up to handle Express, Priority or First Class mail on weekends, where time is of the essence.

By the way, I've always mailed money order and personal check payments the next day also, and I've only lost money once in all the years I've been doing this!
