We have a complete inventory of stainless steel fasteners and kits along with domestic and import auto body fasteners from the 1930's to the present. Our stock varies from a door lock spring for a '39 Plymouth, to a rear glass reveal moulding clip for a '67 Camaro, to a stainless engine kit for a small block Ford, to a side moulding fastener for a 2002 Honda.

We have found that the vast majority of people (both sellers and buyers) are very pleasant, easy to work with, understanding and are very nice people. But there is a very, very small percentage that just do not take the time to understand what the sellers and buyers go thru to make Ebay happen. Please take a little time to read these few points of interest before you place a bid on one of our items.

1. Our main goal is to provide quality products and excellent service, but we are only human, if our product or service does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will try our best to resolve the matter. You may contact us either by email or by telephone. If you do not tell us there is a problem, we do not know there is a problem and we cannot correct it.
2. We try to provide you with the best possible photos and descriptions. Just because a certain year or years are listed that does not mean that that item is for every model in those years. A model and OEM part number will be provided if known. Please compare your orginal part with the photos we have provided. If you have any questions please contact us before bidding.
3. We try to answer every email that is sent to us within a reasonable amount of time. If you send us an email and you do not get an answer please check your email account to make sure you do not have a spam blocker or email filter on your email account. We answer most emails directly thru your email address not thru ebay's email site. In the past, we have found that ebay's email does not always work.
4. You will receive an email when we receive your Pay Pal payment. You will also receive an email when we print a shipping label informing you that your payment has been received and your package has been shipped on the date stated.This email will contain a delivery confirmation number and with this confirmation number you may be able to check when your package was shipped and when it arrives at your Post Office. If you do not receive an email from us within 2-3 days after you have made a Pay Pal payment please check your bulk mail and adjust your email filter or spam blocker to accept our emails. This email is generated automatically from our mailing system.
5. Most items will ship within two working days after the day payment has been received. All items will ship by USPS First Class or USPS Priorty Mail. International orders will ship by USPS Air Letter Post unless other arrangements are made.
6. All domestic orders shipped by USPS will have a Delivery Confirmation number which will be emailed to you when shipping label is generated. Unfortunately USPS international shipments do not have a Delivery Confirmation number.
7. We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple items but please let us know that you are bidding on more than one auction and we will hold your won items until you notify us to ship.
8. We do not end auctions early. It is not fair to the other bidders.
9. We try to give the shipping costs in the description of the item so that if you win the auction you can add the auction price to the shipping charge and that is what you owe. If you send payment thru Pay Pal before we get a chance to email an invoice, no email or invoice will be sent to you. We will just ship your item.
10. Please note that we have an automatic feedback system that will leave feedback when feedback is received. If you do not receive feedback within 24 hours of you leaving feedback please contact us and we will be happy to manually leave you feedback.
