We have over 14,000 retail customers who purchase in our store every week. Many of them shop our store three to four times a week. Some even shop several times a day. Shipping
All items except very large items will be shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail within 2-5 business days of receiving payment verification. We will choose the most economical method based on price, weight and size of the package. If your confirmed address is a P.O.Box or APO then you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges for incorrect addresses will be the responsiblility of the buyer to reimburse seller. We will only ship to confirmed addresses.
Local Pickup Items may be picked up locally at our Independence location in the Carefree Industrial Park. You will need to email ahead of time to make arrangements. There will be a 2.00 handling fee per item added to all orders that are picked up. Sales tax will be added to all orders regardless of the state you live in unless you are tax exempt and have provided the proper paperwork for the exemption. Hours for picking up are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You are required to bring the reference number that will be provided in your pickup confirmation email in order to pickup your item. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days of making payment, please contact us. Make sure that you have ample space in your vehicle to receive all of your purchased items. We reserve the right to charge a minimum re-stocking fee of $15 or 10% whichever is higher, to anyone failing to pick up their items within the specific pickup date stated in their email.. International Shipping We ship to select International destinations. We are not responsible for additional taxes or duties or brokerage fees on International shipments. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these charges. Any brokerage fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable for any reason. If the item should need to be returned for any reason the buyer will be responsible for the international shipping charges to send it back to us.
