Shipping is a flat rate which includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. Items listed with the Get It Fast option are shipped with UPS and can not be shipped to PO Box, APO/FPO addresses.

Items will only be shipped to the adddress on file with eBay/PayPal at the time of payment orders paid for with a credit/debit cardwill onlly be shipped to the verified billing address of the card used for payment.

Al l returns MUST include an RMA#(return merchandise authorization number) RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue and can be obtained by telephone (626.446.9818) or email (ebay@fmcparts.com) Packages without a valid RMA# will be refused. Inssurance of a RMA number does not constitute acceptance of a return, it is only authorization to return the item.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Items must be returned to use within 30 days of sale date. All returned items must be in new resalable condition.

Orders the qualify for free shipping are subject to free freight only once. If a product that qualifies for free shipping is returned for a refund or exchange there will be a deduction from the refund (additional to our standard return policy) of the actual shipping costs to be determined by Forward Motion MC.
