| I'm an experienced automotive technician w/ a good connection. I have taken an interest and specialize in fuel pumps because of their expense, and the fact that vehicles are useless without them. I've also found that most 'rebuild kits' sold by the 'sit at home sellers' are a gamble for the Chrysler and GM assemblies that I offer here (personal experiences). I install what I sell, so I may be able to assist you with questions you may have. I see some junkyards with thousands of listings and offering lifetime warranties... many retailers only give you 1 year on a new one (The phrase, 'if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is' comes to mind) ALL my pumps are GUARANTEED to work (no sale is a final sale), and hopefully you will refer me to friends and family. THANKS!!! -------- Tech tip >> Fuel pump longevity can be attributed to condition of the filter (ALWAYS install a new filter when replacing the pump, a clogged filter overworks and stresses the pump causing premature failure!!) |

My Return Policy for ECM/ECU Computers

| The ONLY items I will accept for return are Computers. I understand it is extremely difficult for the Do-it-Yourselfer to diagnose a potentially bad computer. I will not ship computers in sealed plastic. You will be able to plug it in to 'try it out'. You CAN return the computer provided these 4 simple conditions are met. 1) the unit's casing is not opened, there will be a professional high quality tamper-proof seal that will prevent this. 2) unit is not cleaned, the unique dye markings are intact. 3) there is no apparent 'burnt electrical' smell eminating from within the unit. 4) You agree that I cannot return the shipping charge, and you must agree to an e-mail you'll receive when I receive the return to the effect that 'we mutually agreed not to complete the transaction and the item was returned' . IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE MET, YOU HAVE UP TO 30 DAYS TO RETURN THE COMPUTER/ECM/ECU. questions? Thanks and Have Fun!!! |
