If there is ever a problem with an item bought from us, it is completely returnable for a full refund. NO RESTOCKING FEE...that's silly. You can count on your parts being shipped to you as soon as possible. Items that are paid for by paypal as usually shipped the next day. Some items require extra time for packaging.
