We feel that this is one of the biggest investments that most people will make in their lifetime. We want to make it a pleasurable one. Our cars leave the dealership completely detailed inside and out. When you receive your vehicle it will be as close to new as a used car can be.

Buying a car without actually seeing it can be a difficult decision for you (a digital picture can look better than the car really looks). We want to make this important decision an easy one for you. You are not obligated to buy the vehicle if it does not pass your physical inspection. When you view the car, if the vehicle was not as described, Luxury Car Warehouse will pay for your travel expenses, and you are not obligated to the car.

We want you to bid with confidence!

We will not demand full payment until you come down and see the car. Remember, before we ship it to you, you will need a written letter of guarantee from your bank or the car must be paid in full .

TERMS OF SALE

• Winning bidders must contact us by telephone within 24 hours of auction closure to confirm your purchase, or the vehicle may be relisted or sold to any other qualified buyer.
• All funding must be received within 5 days of auction closure or we reserve the right to relist or sell to any other qualified buyer, unless other arrangements can be made.
• Successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 deposit in the form of a cashiers check or certified funds within 48 hours of the auction ending.
• All vehicles are sold "as is", unless a warranty is in effect from the factory. A warranty may be purchased from Luxury Car Warehouse.
• We may or may not have floor mats or additional keys available for you. We will be happy to obtain floor mats and additional keys for you at minimal (our wholesale) cost.
• Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state.
• All sales are subject to Texas VIT Tax based at .002716 of purchase price.
For example, the VIT for a $10,000 purchase is $27.16
• Documentary fee $100.00
• All financial transactions should be completed within seven days of an auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made with us.
• Seller accepts cashier's checks, certified funds, or financing from known financial institutions.
• Luxury Car Warehouse reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion.
• Any problems, issues or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
