Payment
After winning an eBay auction, Motorcycle Superstore will send you a confirmation e-mail containing your eBay item number, the product name, auction end date and your winning bid. Please access the secure link included in this email to complete your transaction. If you have not received this e-mail within 24 hours of your auction win, please contact us at ebaystore@motorcycle-usa.com with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid.
This email will be sent to the email address we receive from eBay. We are unable to change an email address during the processing of your winning bid.
We accept PayPal, personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any forms of payments over the phone, including credit cards or wire transfers.
Shipping Information
The winner is responsible for shipping charges. Shipping charges will be posted in the auction. Currently we only ship to the USA via FedEx Ground. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any orders that are going outside of the US (including Canada, or any US territories)
