90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

All of our products sold through eBay are covered under a 90 Day Limited Warranty.

Keep your receipt! To protect out customer's personal information such as credit card information, address, phone number, and email address, we do not keep your personal information in our database. For this reason, you must keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You can print the invoice on the final page of checkout. If paying with PayPal, you can print your PayPal receipt. We are not able to provide replacement invoices should yours become lost. All returns must include a copy of the invoice. We cannot warranty any item if you do not have your original invoice.

WARRANTY RETURNS

In the rare case that an item should fail, contact our customer service at 866-744-9272 and have your original invoice ready. We will then provide a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label. All returns must include a return authorization number. Returns that do not include a return authorization will not be accepted. Upon return of a defective item, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. A defective item can only be exchanged for the same item. No refunds will be given on a defective return.

INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If you should receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service at 866-744-9272. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item. Upon return, we will ship the correct item at no charge.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you find an item arrived damaged, please keep the boxes and all packing materials and call our customer service at 866-744-9272 within 5 business days of receipt. Please DO NOT file a shipping carrier claim yourself, as this will delay the claim process up to six weeks. We will file all shipping claims for our customers and send replacement parts out within 5 business days.

INCORRECT PURCHASES

All of our listings clearly state exactly what year, make, model, and options that the part fits. If you should purchase an item for a vehicle not listed or a vehicle where the options differ from those listed, and it does not fit, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The item must be returned in unused condition and include the undamaged original item box inside the original shipping box. Used or installed items can only be exchanged for the same part. Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Special order items and custom made items such as carpet sets can not be returned.

By purchasing an item from Parts-Pros the customer acknowledges and accepts that Parts-Pros can not and will not be held liable for labor charges and/or any other expenses incurred from the use of, installation of, and/or failure of any part, and that the liability of Parts-Pros shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item(s). This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and will not transfer when ownership of the vehicle changes. This warranty will cover the replacement of the item only. Refunds will not be issued on defective items. We reserve the right to limit a customer to one warranty replacement if neglect, abuse, or improper installation is suspected to have caused the failure.
