How we deal with your order?
We are located in Malaysia or 13000km away from Europe! or 48 hours if to USA. However, we can make you feel shopping at Home. This is our concept of Home Base Shopping Experience (HBSE). The following is how we process your order!
1. We process your orders every night till 2am, which is to adapt Europe time as well as Australia time. If you paid by 12pm (UK time), your orders will be in the courier hands by 6 am (UK time) in the morning, DAILY!. Except Sunday and 1st Saturday. See this..to UK/Germany 4-7 days, to AUS 4-6 days.
2. All your shipments will be packed and recorded, which is then delivered to a non-Queue private counter(have to pay a bit more). For this we get in the semi-express mode.
3. You will receive a confirmation shipment email, which will tell you the ETA and tracking information.
4. We use the best packaging boxes for all caddies and hard drives.
5. We will answer your shipment status timely as well as any questions. In case of no response please msg me again.
6. We will keep you informed if in case of delay.

Tracking and shipping :
If you order a small item, it will most likely be shipped via Priority AirMail. It costs a little bit more but it is extremely fast to UK/GERMANY/AUSTRALIA, Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) can be 4-7 working days.
However, the following countries are much slower, the buyer must aware of this
France/Norway/Netherlands/Spain/Portugal ETA 14 days (France losing rate is very high have to use recorded service)
Italy/Brazil/Mexico/South Africa ETA 30 days(If you cannot wait, please don't bid), Italy seems improving.
USA/Canada/Malta ETA 10-20 days (recorded service will be used)

If you purchase a recorded service, we will provide a Priority Airmail Shipment Confirmation Number(Proof of Shipping number)
Proof of Delivery:
Priority Airmail Confirmation Number is not a tracking number. If you run this number on the USPS/Any site, it will not give an updated status until the item has been delivered. You cannot use it as a tracking number to determine its current location. This is a seller's tool to confirm that the item has been delivered.
Another recommended shipping method is International EMS Express shipping, which is cost effectively and Fast. ETA 3-5 days and provides real tracking service.
