- Instructions for choosing your size/color -
After you close your item on ebay you will need to notify us of your desired size and color from our available item list. You can do this in a few ways. If you checkout with paypal you can let us know in the notes to seller section or you may use the "ask seller a question" link from Ebay and let us know. We will reply to the registered paypal email address or the email address you provide to let you know that we got the changes. If you do not receive the email please check in your junk items folder as many time anti spam software will remove the emails. If you send payment without any size or color request then we will hold the order and try to contact you through Ebay. Please reply as soon as possible so we can get your order under way. Item Condition:
The item is Brand new in the original product box with all tags accompanied. If the item is used or ''open box'' it will be explained in the item's description.

Payment:
Payment is expected within 3 business days of auction close. If you need more time you must contact us and discuss the situation. Payments not received within 7 business days will automatically open a payment dispute with Ebay.  Paypal is the preferred method of payment as it offers many features for both Ebay sellers and buyers. You can follow the link at the bottom for more info about paypal.  If you want to pay with a credit card instead of doing it through paypal you will need to contact us, we accept all major cards.  It will also be possible to pay with international bank wire transfers (fee will apply), money orders or checks. We DO NOT accept cash wire transfers. Products will not be shipped until all funds have been cleared and deposited.

Shipping:
Shipping Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This will ensure that your purchase is covered, at actual value, in case of a loss. International products sold through PCM Supply require postal insurance. Standard Shipping to continental U.S. is by UPS ground or USPS priority. Shipping to P.O. boxes must be done by U.S. Postal (USPS) and will need to be arranged before payment is made as extra fees may apply. PCM Supply reserves the right to choose the shipping service that will get the item delivered in the fastest time and lowest cost possible. If you cannot get deliveries to your address by one of these shippers please contact us upon checking out.  All international shipments will be made via U.S. Postal either Priority international or USPS express. We are not responsible for import duties. It is advisable to request a shipping quote before auction closes. Please follow the links throughtout this page.  We are proud to work with all military personnel and defense contractors that need shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Performance Cycle and Marine Supply will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.

Returns: Bid with confidence!
We do not accept returns but exchanges are accepted on most items along with a 10% restock fee. Your satisfaction is the key to our success and we want you to be happy with your purchase.  Items that are on closeout may not be able to be exchanged.  If the requested exchange item is not available the customer must choose another item.  Any packages sent back MUST have a return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box. Any packages sent for return/exchange that do not have an RA# on it will be refused and you will be responsible for any and all charges.  Any exchange requests MUST be done within 7 days of receiving your merchandise (no exceptions) and all merchandise needs to be in resellable condition in all of the original packaging with all tags still attached. All items will be inspected for condition before any exchanges are finalized.

No claim for damaged goods will be valid or enforceable against us unless Customer complies with Performance Cycle and Marine Supply policy on returns and exchanges.

Warranties:
Customer understands that Performance Cycle and Marine Supply is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Performance Cycle and Marine Supply.

BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNLESS CUSTOMER AND PERFORMANCE CYCLE AND MARINE SUPPLY HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a binding contract between Customer and Performance Cycle and Marine Supply. Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale by making an eBay purchase. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to change without prior notice, except that the Terms and Conditions of Sale posted on eBay at the time Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
