Hello, My name is Scott, owner of Scottland Yard spares. I have been selling full time on ebay since 1999. Ive had worked in mobile electronics and auto salvage for 20 years and when I was getting married in 1999, i needed cash to pay for a wedding. I decided to start selling off my high end car audio and garage full of leather car seats. Within a few months I sold my growing landscaping business and begun selling full time.
For over 8 years we specialized in European salvage, mostly Land Rover, VOLVO and SAAB.
In addition to good clean used parts, we have sold well in excess of 200,000 cupholders.
With so many changes and challenges to the ebay marketplace it has become increasingly difficult to make a decent living selling on ebay. Being a new dad made it necessary to make some changes in how I make a living.
I now work full time for a large company that offers me a regular paycheck, benefits and time to spend with my family. I shouldn't have waited so long to make this change.
Ebay for my family is a now part time job that helps keep the wolves away from the front door. We list auctions for used parts sporadically, and ship 2 or three times a week. Our cup holders, LED lights, speaker adapters and under dash kits are in our ebay store and available through auction.We would like to thank all of our customers for their loyal support over the years.
