If you want to return the item because the item defected ?
All return reports must be contacted by email with 7 days. Item must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items must be in their original condition and packaging (must have all original parts and packaging, never install). All return products will requires a 25% restocking fee and buyer will need to handle all return shipping. For all return products must provide a Fedex shipping label, full name, address and email address.
If the item got damaged during the transit:
If your item becomes damaged during transit to your residence, please keep the original packaging, all parts & accessories must be included. Anything missing will invalidate the return. Any alterations made to the original merchandise will also invalidate the return. Claims for broken items must be processed no later than 15 days of shipment shipping date. Please email your name, original shipping tracking number, shipping address, order number for the broken item. After receiving all information the damaged claims will be processed within 15 day, after the claim approved the replacement will send it as soon as possible. Please be patient, as all claims will be taken care of in a timely manner. Please email to us to get the RMA number or any question. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us and we will pay for shipping back to you for the exchanged merchandise.
If the order out of stock, how to be a handle?
T2-Racing try the best to have keep all item we list and since all items are continually listed. Occasionally, due to high demand or human error or automatic listing error we maybe temporarily out of stock. If the occurs, we will contact you and ask you would like to wait for the part to be back in stock (It usually take 5-10 days) exchange product or a full refund. Please accept our apologize for this matter.
Please note that all return and cancellation, shipping and handling fees of all the orders are non-refundable. We don't accept return, refund or exchange will be issued on products that have been used, modified or painted in any way. If we made a mistake during the processing or send the wrong item, how to be handle ?
If those happen are found, we are responsible to either exchange the specific product, or issue a full amount refund to you. We will send you a return label to exchange the correct item and handle the actual shipping fees for you to return the product if we shipped incorrect quantity or product. How can i know this car part will fit my car ?
We suggest you make sure you car year and model and email to us before you placeing a bid. We suggest we make sure the part is fit your car insteal of the shipping the item back and forth. Some of the special model car part are different then noraml part even the car are same year and model. We really suggest the proforessal body shop installation be better.
