Payment Terms and Conditions:
- Payment must be settled within 7 days after you have submitted your order.
- If payment is not cleared in 7 days, unpaid transaction will be reported to ebay.
- Non-paying bidders / buyers will receive a negative feedback.
- Ebay will also issue non-paying bidders / buyers an Unpaid Item Strike. Accumulation of three strikes will lead to suspension of ebay's account.
- We only accept PayPal payment and Overseas Telegraphic Transfer (OTT). Any other kinds of payment methods are not accepted.
- Payment MUST BE settled by the bidders / buyers who bought the item(s). Please do not pay the bill with a third party's account. Such payment method is strictly prohibited.
- If payment is received from a third party, we reserve any rights to refund the payment and cancel the whole transaction.
- We reserve the rights to amend our Payment Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:
- Product(s) will be dispatched 2 to 10 working days after the clearance of payment.
- If payment is UNVERIFIED, product(s) will be held for at least 4 to 10 working days before delivery.
- All product(s) will be delivered from Hong Kong by EMS of Speed Post.

- You are also welcome to request for delivery via a different courier. Please contact us and we will quote you the shipping cost.
- Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery.
- The Customs and Execise department of your country may select incoming packages randomly for investigation. This may affect the delivery speed from 1 to 21 working days. In some situations, customs may seize incoming packages for a period between 4 to 6 months (without providing you with a reason). As such we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR any matters that relates to the Customs Clearance Procedures of your country, including the incurrance of customs delay, customs duty, any fees and damages, etc.
- Please notice that we are not responsible for customs duty / sales tax (in case) from the Customs of your country. All product(s) will be marked as "GIFT" on the Customs Declaration Form. The value of the item(s) will be declared when the Customs of your country requests us to do so.
- The provision of your residential contact phone number will help to speed up Customs Clearance Process.
- We reserve the right to ask for provision of your residential contact phone number and your address proof.
- Item(s) will be posted to your PayPal Confirmed Address Only. We however allow delivery to the address of any ebay member who has a feedback rating of 15 or more or who has been an ebay member for over 6 months.
- The addressee MUST BE the purchaser of the item(s). Product(s) will be shipped to the registered ebay and PayPal address. We WILL NOT re-direct our product(s) to a third party person and a third party address.
- Should we be requested to post item(s) to a third party, the transaction will be terminated and the payment will be fully refunded.
- All item(s) sent via Speed Post (or other freight companies) are carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for any delay in delivery or item(s) are being lost or damaged during delivery. If such an event should occur, we will assist you in tracking the item(s). If item(s) are lost, we will claim compensation from Speedpost accordingly. Once compensation has been received, we will post you the replacement item(s) or refund you the payment. In the event of this occuring, please allow up to 4-8 weeks for the investigation to be completed.
- We reserve the rights to amend our Shipping Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Return/Exchange Policies:
- Each product is subjected to a specific warranty period. Please refer to the item description of each listing. Warranty is effected from the date in which the product(s) has / have been successfully delivered.
- If the product(s) is / are defective within the warranty period, we will replace it with a new one. If you have received the item for more than 4 weeks (28 days), we will repair the defective item(s) for you.
- Defective item(s) must be returned to us first. We will then dispatch the replacement after we have successfully received the returned item(s).
- We ARE NOT responsible for all shipping costs, insurance fee, any other service charges and any loss when returning the defective product(s) for replacement / repairation.
- We are not responsible for shipping costs and insurance fee at any circumstances. They must be settled before we send out the new one.
- Warranty label must not be broken. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse replacement / repairation.
- Returned item(s) must not be damaged by any means. Otherwise, no replacement / repairation will be made.
- Please kindly ship us back the product with a traceable means. In case you cannot provide us with a tracking number, we reserve the right to refuse your request of replacement / repairation.
- No refund will be made unless we initiate you this option under the condition that you have successfully received the product(s) for less than 2 weeks (14 days).
- No refund of shipping and insurance fee under any circumstances.
- All accessories, manual MUST BE in theire original conditions and packing box. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
- Should we agree to refund, the unit price will be refunded within 14 business days.
- We reserve the rights to amend the above policies without prior notice.
