My merchandise is a mixture of open box, display, overstock and customer returns from large name brand retailers.  Sometimes items are brand new, some are like new, some used, some missing parts, some scratch/dent and sometimes defective.  I do the best I can to test for basic function but time does not allow to test every single feature and function.
