Hello everyone!! I'm on eBay to buy and sell new and used 2-way radio equipment and also to buy and sell Police/Fire/EMS patches and other related collectibles. Deal with me with confidence!! I maintain a PERFECT FEEDBACK rating!

A bit about me...
I work for the Sheriff's Office in the largest County in Virginia. I'm also a Firefighter/EMT. I have been in Fire/Rescue for 15 years. I'm a 2-way radio buff, and ham radio operator. I like to collect police/fire/EMS patches.

Please READ the following CAREFULLY!

These are my standard auction terms including shipping and payment. 

The following may sound harsh, but after being burned, I feel it to be necessary. 

Read my items description carefully. It will indicate all the items flaws (if any) and will also indicate whether the item is "sold as is" or my warranty, guarantee, and money back policy if applicable.

At the end of the auction, you will receive notification via email that you have won my auction(s). It will describe payment and shipping, including my address. Please read this carefully, and respond back to me, acknowledging the notification of your win.

Terms:

  • Winning bidder must contact me within 3 days of the end of the auction.

  • Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell to bidders with negative feedback and will submit negative feedback for deadbeat bidders, and those that do not follow eBay's rules. I also reserve the right to cancel any users bid for any reason.   

I am tired of bidders that do not send payment for over a month. Please pay promptly!! If you do not, you will be placed on my blocked bidders list immediately! 

I am backed up by eBay on this one...eBay says: If the seller is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within 3 business days of the end of the auction, he/she may lose the place as winning bidder, and be at risk for receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, both of which can ultimately lead to suspension from eBay.

Shipping is as follows:

  • I ship to the USA only. I ship via USPS and UPS.  I will choose which method I will use for each individual auction.

Payment is as follows:

  • Payment is requested within 10 days after close of auction. See my terms above for more info.

  • I accept Paypal Only. NO personal checks. If you send a personal check, it will be returned to you and you will have to re-send proper payment. This will only increase your wait time on receiving your item(s).

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
