• ADL has a 7day buy it and like it return policy.  Shipping is nonrefundable. 
• If you buy an item from us and you don’t like it, for whatever reason, just send it back to us.
• We must be informed by phone on all impending returns.
• Return Authorization is required. 
• Item must be shipped (Post Marked, Fedex) within 7 business days from the day you received your artwork, at your expense and we will refund your purchase in full less shipping charges on the original sale amount.

Certificate of Authenticity

• Certificate of Authenticity – You Will Receive The Original Certificate from the Publisher or Artist, in most cases.
• Often Publishers or Artists only supply a “Print Information Report” and Galleries generate their own Certificate based on the Print Information Report.
• If we don’t have the original certificate from the publisher American Design Ltd. will generate the Certificate of Authenticity. 
• This is the same process as if you purchased Artwork from any of our retail galleries and every other art gallery.  
• A written current market value appraisal is included with purchase. 

Shipping

• Almost all artwork listed on Ebay is available for shipment immediately. 
• We usually ship in 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. 
• There are occasions where artwork listed on ebay will take a few extra days to ship because we store artwork in several different locations, and if this is the case with your item, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to opt-out of your purchase.
• We Ship Using Fedex.
• For larger items we ship using Bax Global.

·        We have a professional in-house framing department specializing in archival framing to ensure the best in protection for the artwork we sell. 

·        Our Frame Shop Designer has over 20 years experience and is constantly increasing our wide array of frame products.

·        The framed artwork we offer on ebay are framed to museum quality standards, archival framing. We believe that the client should be able to feel and see their frame and that is why we offer so many works of art unframed on ebay. 

·        Designing framing over email often leaves the opportunity for error, and that is why we don’t like to provide custom framing on unframed items.

• American Design Ltd. only purchases directly from artists and art dealers.
• Only in rare situations will we purchase individual works of art from private collectors, and in those cases we must have a buyer for the work.
• We rarely consign artwork, and if we do we must have a potential buyer, and the artwork must be extremely desirable.
• We keep a database of available artwork from private collectors.
