Conditions of Sale
- Payments should be concluded within a week (7 days) after purchase.
- All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.
- Emailed questions will be answered ASAP. Usually within a day.
- All bids placed in error should be removed by the bidder before the end of auction. All highest bidders are liable to follow through with all auctions won as per ebay terms and conditions.
- All sales are final.
- Should you not agree with any of these terms and condition then please do not bid.
- At end of auction I will carefully wrap and weigh your item ready for postage. I will then email you the final postage along with all details needed to make payment within 7 days.
- If you wish to estimate the postage price before the auction ends this can be done through www.australiapost.com.au using my postcode of 4207.
Payments - Australian
- Please don't use ebay checkout system.
- All cheque or money order payments made payable direct to 'Martin Lindsey'
- All Direct Deposits are to be labeled with username and or item number.
- Cash payment to be sent express or registered mail and all at buyer risk.
- Please remember I don't accept paypal for Australian buyers without 10% fee extra on top of total. So please don't send payments without 10% fee as any payment sent to me are non refundable.
Payments - International Overseas (USA)
- Please don't use ebay checkout system.
- Checks, money orders not accepted as payment and are not negotiable within Australia.
- Paypal payments are to be sent to colawars@bigpond.net.au
- Cash payment to be sent concealed in a letter and all at buyers risk.
Shipping
- Item will not be sent until payment has been received in full.
- All postage prices include postage and handling. Australia post quality boxes or padded bags and also bubble wrap, tissue paper or paper is used to package your item carefully. Should you wish it to be wrapped a certain way then please specify in your email to me.
- Pick-up are unavailable for most items unless stated in auction details.
- There is no way for me to track your items when you choose "Regular Post". For big orders or expensive products I advise you to take REGISTERED POST to have a full control over the delivery status of your item. All unregistered items or uninsured items are sent at buyers risk and unfortunately I can't look into lost parcels unless they are sent registered. If regular mail is chosen and parcel is missing I will supply proof of postage details to you on
- All postage and handling costs are non refundable.
Delivery
- Please allow up to 8 working days for delivery (within Australia), although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
- I try to post all items the day payment arrives so you have your item as soon as possible.
- crazymarty is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods once given to Australia Post.
- I will follow up any lost item if sent via registered post or insured mail on your behalf with Australia Post. No guarantee is given on the outcome from Australia Post.
- Unfortunately if you choose regular postage I can only provide proof of postage details to you to follow up on your own.
- If problems arise, please contact me, and I will do my best to resolve any issues colawars@bigpond.net.au
