General eBay Auction Info:
|
Some items may be covered under a manufacturer's warranty; buyer is
responsible for contacting the manufacturer and registering for any available
manufacturer's warranty and technical support coverage. There is no warranty or
technical support of any kind offered by the seller.
|
Insurance is included in the S&H on some items (see each item listing for
availability and specifics), and will be provided by the shipper.
When insurance is not included in the S&H price, optional shipping
insurance is available at buyers cost and is highly recommended for all
purchases, but especially for fragile
and high value items.
Although packed with care and protection, once items are given to the shipper I cannot be responsible for damage or loss that occurs
while in transit.
If you do not
purchase the optional shipping insurance when offered, I cannot be responsible for items
damaged during shipment or not properly delivered.

• Bidders and buyers with 0 feedback, or with a
feedback rating less than 90%: If you wish to participate in my auction or buy from my fixed price listings -
please make your purchase using Buy It Now (if offered) with an Immediate Payment through PayPal, or
contact me before bidding or buying. I reserve the right to cancel bids from
bidders with 0 feedback or with a feedback rating less than 90% if you have not contacted me and/or have not been
approved ahead of time.

Items will be shipped out same or next-business day (excludes
weekends & holidays) after receiving cleared funds, unless being held at winning bidder's request for additional auctions to complete.

• All auctions will have Shipping & Reasonable Handling added to the winning
bidder's price. The Shipping & Handling amount for each auction is shown in the item listing as the
SHIPPING COST. Bidders are advised that the S&H charge (shown in the
auction listings as the SHIPPING COST) includes both the anticipated shipping cost and the reasonable costs of Packaging and Handling the
item for auction and delivery. Please consider the overall value you will receive based on your total
payment.
• US delivery addresses must be PayPal Confirmed.
• Shipping/handling fees are based on your shipping
location, and are calculated in my listings; please check the shipping calculator before bidding or buying.
These fees are non-negotiable.

Domestic Shipping Info:

• For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico and other US territories, buyers must select an Expedited
Shipping option (for example Priority or Express Mail) when offered in the item listing, or contact me
using one of the links in the listing before bidding for a quote of the shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and other US territories (be sure to include your zip code and the eBay Item Number in your
email).

Standard, 1st
Class, Parcel Post, Ground & Media Mail Shipping & Handling prices indicated in the item listings are for delivery within the
48-contiguous US states only and can take up to 2 weeks in transit (or more to
rural areas) after leaving my location in San Diego, Ca.
Priority Mail prices indicated in the item listings are good for delivery to ALL US
addresses.
• To help reduce transit
time, any 48-states US shipping indicated as Parcel Post will be upgraded to 1st Class Mail, if your total
shipment weighs less than 13 ounces. There will be no additional cost to the buyer if your 48-states US Parcel Post
shipping selection is able to be upgraded to 1st Class Mail.
• First Class Mail (48-states US only) is limited to a maximum of 13 ounces. If your total shipment will
exceed 13 ounces, please do not select First Class mail. Any 48-states US shipments that exceed 13 ounces where First
Class mail is selected by the buyer will have to instead be sent via Parcel Post.

International Shipping Info:

• For any items to be shipped outside the
US:
- International shipping options and pricing is shown in the shipping calculator. These are the
ONLY international shipping options I offer and the associated prices; please do not ask for alternate shipping
methods. I am happy to ship outside the US, but only by one of the shipping services shown (if available to your
country).
- International Buyers will be responsible for all Customs Fees, Taxes, Duties and/or Documentation
Requirements, if any, due upon delivery.
- Be sure to research any import requirements and/or restrictions for your country before
bidding.
- Insurance is recommended when available, and may be limited to a maximum declared value for your
country.
- Payment MUST BE made in US funds through PayPal only.
- Insured value cannot exceed the declared value; the declared value will be your purchase price, unless
both buyer and seller agree to declare a higher value.
- Please do not ask me to indicate your purchase is a gift or commercial sample.
- If international restrictions prohibit me from shipping your item to your country, or if shipping via
the selected service is not available to your indicated shipping address, you will be asked to designate another
shipping destination (you will be responsible for any increased shipping costs).

• Shipping insurance is not available on Global
Priority Mail . If you would like your shipment insured (recommended), please select the Airmail Parcel
Post or Global Express Mail option, when offered, which can include or does have optional insurance, or
contact me before bidding for a quote of the Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express Mail
S&H to your country if it is not shown in the shipping calculator. If you select Global Priority Mail
(when offered) as your shipping method, please understand that I will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment
or not properly delivered.

• International Bidders in countries I do not currently
ship to: If you would like to bid on one of my items, please contact me to see if I am able to sell and ship to
your country. Please include your eBay ID, your location, and the eBay item number you are considering. I will research
the requirements for selling and shipping to your country and let you know if I can accept your bid. Please be sure to
allow sufficient time before the end of the auction listing for me to research and get back to you with an answer and what
the applicable international shipping & handling charges for your country would be. Conditions for shipping/payment
must be worked out before bidding. Shipping internationally runs significantly higher than domestic costs, and can
involve high customs fees.

Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder,
you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from me.

Payments are accepted through PayPal only.
Partial
payments and/or installments will not be accepted. Your payment must be received
in a single PayPal transaction.
Additional payments for
add-ons, such as upgraded shipping or insurance, after you pay for your auction will be
assessed an additional $0.50 per payment, to cover the additional payment processing costs.
Sorry, no eBay payments accepted by mail or in person; no personal or Cashiers checks,
no money orders, no cash and no CODs.

I accept only US funds.
When offered, Standard Shipping will be by a Ground method selected by the seller.
Seller is not responsible for estimated or actual
delivery transit time. Delivery information is provided by the carriers and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Return Policy:
All eBay auction items are FINAL SALE; No Returns, Refunds or
Exchanges of any kind.

Buy It Now buyers must make an immediate PayPal payment
in order to claim your item.
Winning bidders who do not follow through with timely payment will be
