About our Auctions
We have been active eBay sellers since 1999, and sell a wide variety of
items that we acquire from local customers in our shop. At one time or
another it seems we sell just about everything: Electronics, Video Games,
DVD's, Cameras, Video Equipment, collectibles, and
whatever else comes our way. Most of our items are used but in good
condition. We always back everything we sell to work and be as stated
in the auction and guarantee it to be so for 30 days after you receive
it. Your satisfaction as a buyer is most important to us. Most
of our auctions start at 1 cent and have no reserve so you always have a good chance to get a great deal.
We like to let the final bid decide what the item is worth. It's more fair
and exciting for everyone that way.
About Our Business
We run a pawn shop in Tehachapi, a small town in the Sierra Nevada Mountains
of Southern California. We buy and sell jewelry, electronics, power tools, video games, movies, musical instruments, etc.
We sell most of what we buy in our retail store but also sell quite a bit on eBay, giving you a chance for good deals online.
We follow all pawnbroker guidelines and work with local authorities to make sure that nothing
we sell is stolen or pawned illegally. We also make sure everything we
buy is in good working condition so that we can guarantee everything we sell...because it doesn't do
us any good if you buy something and you aren't happy with it! If you want to check out

After the auction(s) you win close, complete
checkout to pay with Paypal. If you don't want to use Paypal please
call or email to arrange payment by mail or over the phone.

Payment
Paypal is preferred. If you don't have an account I can accept Visa/Mastercard
over the phone (processed on my store's machine) or you can mail a money
order.
Sales Tax
7.25% Sales tax for California residents only.
Shipping
We ship within the USA only via
USPS First Class, Parcel Post, Media Mail, Priority Mail and, and occasionally FedEx Ground. Normally we send small packages and envelopes via
priority, first class or media mail, and larger boxes Parcel Post. We try to
give you the most reasonable shipping prices possible.
Delivery
Time
I ship every Wednesday
morning and again on Friday or Saturday if I have more packages to go out.
First class & Priority Mail are fast and usually arrive in 2-3 days. For
parcel post & media mail I ask that you allow 1-2 weeks. If you'd like

Refunds & Returns
We will issue a refund if an item is broken, defective, or not as described in the auction. If there is a problem please contact us within 30 days after you have received your items. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse any refund.
