We sell only such merchandise that we have personally obtained from the artist, writer, or celebrity themselves. No third agent is dealt through, unless such items are pack pulled promotions (such as Marvel Sketchagraph cards) or merchandise purchased through Diamond Comic Distributors or other reputable wholesalers and retailers. No photocopies, pre-printed signatures, or reproductions will be posted. Ever. This is absolutely and unconditionally guaranteed. If you have any questions about any item I post, autographed or otherwise, please do not hesitate to question me as to it quality, condition, or authenticity. Empire's Store Policy
On multiple winnings, I am happy to combine items to save shipping costs. If you are outside the United States, please provide me with your complete mailing address for shipping rates. As to shipping- out of over 5,000 transactions successfully completed on eBay, it is my experience that greater than 99% are delivered by the USPS undamaged. However, in some uncommon circumstances, damage (or even loss) may occur. While I cannot be held responsible for a package once the USPS accepts it, rest assured every effort will be made to package your purchase securely and with great care. However, I encourage the High Bidder to consider a rather nominal insurance fee as the item will be sent at the High Bidders risk. If you wish to purchase insurance, please include the funds with your payment and advise me via e-mail. If something does go wrong during the shipping process- resulting in either damaged or lost merchandise it is the responsibility of the auction winner to file the claim. Empire Enterprises Trading Assistant Policy
As a Trading Assistant, we take care of all the details- we list the item, send all applicable listing and final value fees to eBay, and, most importantly, back our service with proven experience with over 4,000 successfully completed eBay transactions. Just check our feedback- potential buyers who see your item up for auction see Empires feedback. They know they are dealing with a company they can trust and that provides secure and fast shipping. Sellers with a proven reputation sell their merchandise for more money as the buyers feel confident in sending payment to established sellers with high feedback. So, you know youl get top dollar for your item!
How does it work?
Simply provide us with digital photos and Empire Enterprises will write a complete, accurate, and detailed description. We then post the item as if it were our own, collect payment, then you send the buyer their merchandise. Once the buyer has received their package, we instantly send you the payment, less our fees (see below). And youe protected- we ship all merchandise sold via our Trading Assistant services insured- so the buyer is assured of receiving the merchandise safely and you, as the seller, are assured of receiving your cash!
Fee Structure
All applicable eBay fees are the responsibility of the owner of the merchandise being placed up for auction, whether the item sells or not. We encourage you to become familiar with eBay fee structure (which we consider to be very reasonable). Shipping fees are also the responsibility of the owner of the merchandise being sold, though this fee is usually charged to the buyer. Above and beyond the above, Seller Assistant services fees are as follows:
Items valued at $50 or less- $4.00 +15% of the final value.
Items valued at $50-$100 - $6.00 +12% of the final value.
Items valued at $100+ - $8.00 +10% of the final value.
The value of the item is determined by mutual agreement between the Seller Assistant and the owner of the merchandise and does not represent what the final value at the auctions end may be. The up front fees are payable in advance and are also non-refundable, even if your item does not sell. We encourage you to consider carefully whether or not you believe your item will sell. Checking completed auctions on eBay to see if the same or a similar item has sold is a good way to determine if your merchandise has buyer demand and what it may sell for on eBay. Items that do not sell the first time will be re-listed once at no additional fee to the item owner. Afterwards, the owner of the merchandise can opt to have the item re-listed for a fee of $1.00. Further re-listings are at the discretion of the Seller Assistant. Further, we will be happy to work with you and provide a discount for bulk listings .
