DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

Yes. PayPal users must go through the checkout system and select PayPal as your payment option to pay via PayPal, links to checkout are located on auction page,or use the pay now button and it will re-direct you to our checkout. Our checkout will eventually re-direct you to the PayPal site to pay. This is the only way to pay us through PayPal as we have all other PayPal payment methods disabled.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES?

Shipping and handling charges are stated on every auction page. The highest shipping item always counts as item #1. It also includes info on multiple item discounts for shipping and handling and shows shipping and handling charges for Canadian and International buyers. When going through the checkout system it will automatically calculate the proper shipping and handling for your destination.

HAS MY ITEM BEEN SHIPPED YET?

We will get your orders out within 1-3 business days after you payment has been made and cleared. When your order ships you will receive a shipping notice 24 - 48 hours afterwards, and your item will arrive 2-7 business days (US CUSTOMERS ONLY) after it has been shipped.

Due to heightened security, packages sent to Canada and International will expect delays. We have had packages that arrived up to 2 months later. This is due to US and International Customs inspecting packages and the timeframe they decide to do it in is up to their discretion and not ours.

Remember, the post office doesn't always get your packages out the same day as they receive them. It is impossible. More then likely, if they receive it on Monday, they won't get it out and processed until Tuesday. Business days are Monday through Friday as the post office does not operate during the weekend. In an unusual circumstance where we could NOT ship your item out, we will EMAIL you.

Yes we will, but only if the information for shipping is included with payment if paying by money order, or inputted by you in our checkout system. We cannot and will not refer to separate emails for your protection and ours, as well as it being a task impossible to track via separate emails.
