Welcome to Dragon's Den Games Online Auction Center. We offer a wide selection of new and used games and hobby items, many hard to find or even out of print. But if you plan to be bidding on any of our items, it is important that you carefully and thoroughly read our Auction Terms and Conditions to avoid any problems. These are found below along with our guarantee to our customers.

The The Dragon's Den Auctioneer will be happy to answer any questions relating to our Auction Center, Auction Terms and Conditions, specific auctions or items, or just about any other questions you may have. We take pride in the high level of possible customer service we maintain so please feel free to ask any questions that cross your mind.

What do we offer??
What do we have? Lots of new and previously wanted stuff just taking up space. Some of these items are hard to find and in some cases LONG out of print. These items are but not limited to:
  • Traditional board games including specialty editions (Chess, Backgammon, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, etc.)
  • Bookcase games (Avalon Hill, SPI, Columbia Games, etc)
  • Role Playing Games (Dungeons & Dragons, RIFTS, GURPS, BattleTech, ShadowRun, the entire White Wolf line, etc.)
  • Miniatures (Games Workshop, Reaper, Confrontation, D&D, Warmachine, etc.)
  • Miniature Games (All Games Workshop Games, Battletech, the Wizkids line, Heavy Gear, etc.)
  • Collectable Card Games (Magic the Gathering, Dragonball GT, Legends of the Five Rings, WWE Raw Deal, Lord of the Rings, Duel Masters, etc.)

The type, quantity and variety of merchandise available for bidding will vary over time so be sure to visit often and check for your favourites. If you are wondering if we will ever be auctioning a particular item, please ask. We can also do mail order on our regular items so visit the store's website and/or drop us a line.

Auction Terms and Conditions
(read carefully)

The following are the terms by which you agree when bidding in any auction by generalgogol. It is important that you read them very carefully and thoroughly. Please check conditions of individual items as they may be different due to circumstances. If you have any questions, contact the The Dragon's Den Auctioneer.
  • Auctions last for 7 or 10 days pending on the auction.
  • Where practical, images will be posted for to allow inspection of item condition. (The page will take longer to load)
  • We offer International shipping as well as choice of shipping. (air, ground, courier, etc.)
  • Multiple auction wins may be shipped together if requested.
  • Buyer pays all shipping costs.
  • Failure to abide by the following Payment conditions may result in delays or worse:
    1. All Payments are to be made using Paypal: majorgogol@yahoo.com, unless otherwise stated.
    2. Payments are to be in US funds or Canadian equivalent for our Canadian customers.
    3. No Money Orders, Cashiers Cheques or Personal Cheques will be accepted.
    4. Exceptions ONLY if The Dragon's Den Auctioneer is contacted prior and approves.

We prefer all payments through PayPal


Dragon's Den Games Guarantee to the Customer

At Dragon's Den Games, it is our job to make your experience as our customer enjoyable as possible. To do so, we make the following guarantee to you whenever you use our services by:
  • Prompt Communication - No matter who you are, auction high bidder or someone with a question, you can expect a response within 48 hours. This includes:
    1. End of Auction
    2. Shipping Information
    3. Additional Item Information
    4. Payment Arrival
    5. Purchase Shipped
  • Professional Attitude - You can expect to have your questions, concerns, requests and transactions to be handled in a courteous manner, to the best of our ability and with a virtual smile on our faces [:-)]. If you do have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the The Dragon's Den Auctioneer
  • Prompt, Reasonable Shipping - We work to provide the best possible shipping for our customers:
    1. Purchases are generally shipped via Canada Post.
    2. We will give you options on rates and shipping. (ie. Air or Surface)
    3. When needed, we will include protective packaging and or labelling to minimize damage during shipping.
  • Accurate Descriptions - For any item for sale, we will strive to provide the most accurate description. Description will include but not limited to:
    1. Picture (when practical) for either product identification or condition inspection.
    2. If it is still in original packaging.
    3. Details of original contents. (complete, incomplete or extra items)
    4. An accurate assessment of condition. (including wear and/or damage)
    5. Anything that might concern us as buyers. (we are also buyers)
  • Service after the sale - To us, the sale is never complete the moment we ship your purchase. We want to know that you received it and if it was in good condition. And if for some reason your buying experience was not enjoyable, we want to know and will do what we can to make it better.
