I would like to commend your staff on the handling of my order. I believe they went beyond good service. I had emailed out of curiosity to find out if my item had been shipped (knowing your hot weather rules), as I could not find it Via the tracking information. I was informed it was held due to hot weather - but said they would immediately ship it by Priority mail!! Such service!!!
