All items must be paid in full within 7 days of auction end.Should account not be paid, the buyer assumes all costs of collection,including but not limited to collection fees,court costs,interest and legal fees.Refunds need approval.

Shipping costs:
Please refer to the auction for set shipping and handling cost, the highest shipping will be applied regardless of first or second auction won and $2.50 each additional item, if you win a lot(auctions that are more than 2 items ) and want to combine lot winnings the shipping will be $3.00 ADDITIONAL to the first auction which will be the highest shipping first.You may combine up to 3 lot auctions with this price. Remember the the first lot won will go for the regular S&H stated in the auction, the second lot auction will go for the REDUCED S&H of $3.00, the third LOT winning will go for the reduced S&H of $3.00 and so on up to THREE LOT auctions .
Combo Shipping:
You may combine on shipping for 5 days starting with the first auction win. You MUST let me know that you are combining shipping and include all item numbers on the email and if paying by paypal it must be paid all together.

The parties further agree not to disturb such choice of forum, and if not resident in Florida, waive the personal service of any and all process upon them, and consent such service of process may be made by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the parties as set forth herein

2-. Make plans to have then authenticate your item.
3-.If they feel the merchandise is not authentic , have them state this is WRITING, using their store or company letterhead , this correspondence must contain the following:
a-.Contact information of the VP or PR person
b-.Model number or style number, color and size
c-.The description of the merchandise
d-.The reason why the VP or PR does not believe the merchandise is authentic.
4-. Send the letter along with the merchandise unworn with tags still attached and unused in the original condition and/or packaging .
5-. Make sure you send it priority mail with delivery confirmation Prepaid.
