My husband and me in Bryce Canyon, Utah

 

My name is Laura and I love to paint all kinds of subject matter.  My interests are primarily landscapes but I have been moving into abstract subjects of late.  The urge to space out opens the channels of creativity.
Hiking close to home with our dog, Luna

 

Born in a small town called Winter Haven in central Florida, I grew up water skiing and swimming in the ocean.  Now I live in the mountains of Colorado and enjoy snowboarding.  I do miss the ocean very much, however.
