ollielander is my eBay user name.  I have been trading on eBay since 2002 and have built up a 100% positive feedback of over 2150 satisfied customers.  There are two departments in my shop The Spice Cellar selling organic herbs and spices and Mascot Mania selling vintage Michelin Man / Bibendum items.  On my eBay My World page you can find my Blog and Guest book - feel free to comment.  When you visit my eBay shop don't forget to sign up to receive regular updates about special offers, sales, as well as new stock arrivals.

The Spice Cellar department stocks a wide range of Organic Herbs, Spices, Pepper, Salt, Seasonings, Pure Organic Extracts (Rose Water, Peppermint Extract and Vanilla Extract) which are perfect for home baking.  I also stock Organic Tea and Herb and Spice Gifts. Look out for some of the more unusual herbs and spices that are very hard to obtain, such as Grains of Paradise, Fenugreek Seeds as well as interesting Peppers such as Sichuan, Long and Cubeb.  All the products we sell come from the fabulous Steenbergs Organic range.  Steenbergs are passionate about providing organic herbs, spices and organic cooking ingredients packed with flavour, aroma and provenance. Their products provide you with the organic Fairtrade spices you want to buy without having to compromise - ethically sourced - many carry the Fairtrade Mark are organic and environmentally sound - Steenbergs Organic range has great flavour are stylishly (and functionally) packed and they are there for you to create fun and delicious creations.  My website at www.spicecellar.co.uk contains more details about the product range..  There are also recipe ideas on how to use a wide range of our herbs and spices.  You are very welcome to visit the site and your comments and suggestions are welcome.  Herbs and Spice Gifts are always appreciated, especially when they are of this high quality and are from a Traceable Organic Source.  I will be stocking a variety of gift packs and ideas.

Buyer Information - The Small Print!

• Item Descriptions - I always describe the items as accurately as possible and these will clearly identify the size and or weight as well as the style of product pack if appropriate. There is nothing worse than receiving something that is totally different to the item you thought you were buying! 

• Photographs - All listings will have at least one high quality photograph, if you need to see something special then please ask.  Pictures are copyright so please ask permission before using them.  More pictures are available on our websites

• Best Offer - Many of my eBay store listing have the option of Best Offer - This means you can make an offer for the item and if its a sensible offer then I am more than likely to accept it - Sometimes I may counter your offer with an alternative suggestion for your consideration.

• Methods of Payment UK - I prefer Paypal

• Methods of Payment Rest of World - Paypal only please.

• Postage outside the UK - No problem prices are displayed in the listings.  Unfortunately, due to custom restrictions on importing herbs and spices I cannot send any of these products outside the EU

• Postage and Packing Charges - The postage and packaging costs are clearly displayed on the listing page for all countries that I will post the item to and include the cost price of any necessary packing material.  I usually use the Royal Mail for postage and the costs are calculated on the packed weight and size of the item.   Postage costs are not negotiable and I do not try to increase my sale price by inflating the postal prices and proof of posting is always obtained.    Collection of your order is possible by prior arrangement only.

• Combined Postage Costs - No problem - The more you buy the more you can save on postage.  I am very happy to combine postage where possible to reduce costs and save on packaging.  Please wait until you receive your invoice before paying to take advantage of these savings.  If you would like a combined postage quote before buying then just contact me and I will be happy to confirm the rate.

• Postal Insurance - Insurance is optional and the associated costs will be displayed in the postage cost section of the listing - If the item is high value then postal insurance may be included in the postage cost.   - I always obtain proof of posting which covers any item up to £39.00

• Packaging - Packaging does cost money and I charge this at cost price within the postal charge.  For environmental reasons and to keep costs to a minimum dont be surprised if I use some clean recycled material. All items will be well packed - Its no use to anyone if the item is damaged or broken on arrival.  Most of the packing material I use can be recycled.

• Refunds and Returns - I want you to be delighted every time you buy from me. Occasionally though, I know you may want to return items. That's why under our "no quibbles" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in the same condition as you received it within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then, and only then, issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.  Please contact us first so we can expect the return and you are advised to obtain a proof of postage

• Feedback - Please leave it for me when you are satisfied with your purchase and I will then do the same for you - This is what drives eBay businesses.  If you have a problem with your purchase then contact me - I want you to be 100% satisfied. Sometimes things do not go 100% smoothly (unusual but possible!)  if the worst happens I believe that it's what is done to resolve the problem that matters
