We have over 25 years of experience in the construction equipment parts and product support business.

Our goal is to provide our customers with competitively priced repair parts for their construction, industrial and utility heavy equipment. We are able to do this by becoming the conduit between the customer and our numerous sources.

We are able to supply new aftermarket, or "generic" parts, as well as locate used parts. We accomplish this while providing friendly, responsive and flexible customer service before and after the sale. We want to help you extend the profitability of your equipment and business and we can only accomplish this with a long-term relationship.

We have several warehouses located across the US. This enables us to ship your order from the closest warehouse location to it destination. The majority of orders are processed and shipped no later than the following business day after receipt of order. Most ground transportation orders reach their destination in 2-3 business days.

Price Policy:

While it is our goal to maintain current pricing in our on-line database and web site, prices are subject to change. No orders will be processed until our customer has been notified of any price discrepancies.

Freight Policy:

Freight will be invoiced at actual cost determined by carrier, type of service, weight and measurement. A $15.00 freight allowance will be deducted from shipping charges on orders of $300.00 or more.

We offer free ground shipping on all Major engine overhaul kits shipped within the continental US.

Credit Terms:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Our policy is to retain approval from the card issuer to process your order, final authorization is not posted to your credit card account until after our customer has received, inspected and approved their order.

Inspection Claims:

Purchaser agrees to have the product prudently and carefully inspected against shipping papers upon delivery and unloading at destination. Any order discrepancies and/or claims for shortages or damaged product must be submitted to Equipment Parts Source, Inc., within five (5) days from the date of delivery.

Returns:

With limited exceptions, Equipment Parts Source, Inc., has an nything is Returnable Policywarranting any products to the complete and total satisfaction of the Purchaser, who may return the product within 20 days of sale, F.O.B. Equipment Parts Source, Inc., shipping point. Exceptions include special order products specifically purchased for the customer which cannot be returned to Equipment Parts Source, Inc. vendors, and the products that are damaged or that have been installed by Purchaser, used by the Purchaser or Purchaser customer in any way. Special order purchases may be returned at Equipment Parts Source, Inc. discretion and a re-stocking fee of no more than 25% may be charged.

Parts, Operators and Service manuals on CD-ROM are non-returnable. CD's that are determined to be defective will be replaced. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure system / software compatibility.

Prior to returning parts for any reason, it is the customer responsibility to contact Equipment Parts Source to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

Cores:

In good faith, Equipment Parts Source does not invoice core charges until it is apparent that an acceptable core will not be returned.

Cores, which cannot be rebuilt, are subject to loss of value. Any cores not returned within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of core credit. Freight on core return is at the customer expense. Please include RGA numbers on all returns.

Limited Warranty:

Equipment Parts Source, Inc., warrants new goods and materials to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from date of purchase.

Equipment Parts Source, Inc., warrants rebuilt goods and materials to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from date of purchase.

Equipment Parts Source, Inc., warrants used goods and materials to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days - from date of purchase.

Equipment Parts Source reserves the right to inspect any items prior to granting warranty. We pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims. Equipment Parts Source will not assume any responsibility for loss of time or labor for any warranted parts.

Purchaser agrees to hold Equipment Parts Source, Inc., harmless for any liability or damage resulting from the use by the Purchaser or the Purchaser customers of the manufactured goods purchased.

The names, references and numbers used by Equipment Parts Source, Inc., are for reference purposes only and it is not implied that any product referenced is the product of any particular manufacturer. Equipment Parts Source, Inc., is not a manufacturer.
