SHIPPING: We generally ship as soon as possible after payment has been received (typically once or twice weekly). Unless otherwise stated or agreed to, all merchandise is to be shipped within the continental United States. Otherwise, additional shipping charges are necessary. By law, we are required to ship within 30 days or refund your purchase in full. Our policy is to charge for only for exact postage plus any material costs (boxes, packing materials, etc).

COMPLAINTS: PLEASE do not panic and post "negative feedback" until you have first contacted us and received a reply. The absolute worst that could ever happen to you is that you would receive a full and complete refund. The only negative strikes we haveever received came from new and inexcperienced Ebayers who didn't fully understand the seriousness of what they were doing. Posting negative feedback is not the proper way to express dissatisfatction or force a rapid response from someone.
