If after receiving your item you are dissatisfied , please e-mail me for a prompt and friendly refund of your money. The refund policy is as follows: If you feel that I have misrepresented an item, I will be more than happy to refund your full amount plus I will pay the postage to ship the item back to me under certain conditions. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase! Please ask questions before you bid! E-mail me within 24 hours of receiving the item. When I receive the item back, I will send your money PLUS the shipping charges you paid to send the item back to me. All refunds must be requested within 21 days of auction end, so if you are late sending the payment you may not be eligible for a refund.

There are no refunds if the item is listed as-is, damaged, dirty, stained or not in very good condition. Please ask about specific damage before bidding. I want you to be happy - but if you don't ask questions BEFORE BIDDING I won't know if my item will meet your expectations. I am easy to get along with and a fair person. I like dealing with fair, reasonable people too! There will be no refunds on an item listed "as is" "no reserve" so please look at the description and ask for more photos if you have any questions about the item before you bid. If an item says "no returns" there will be no refunds -- unless misrepresented in my description.

"Buyer's Remorse" If you receive an item and you do not like it, it doesn't fit where you intended it to go, your husband/wife threatens divorce,I will still offer a refund. Again, a refund must be requested within 14 days of auction end, so if you are late sending the payment you may not be eligible for a refund. I will let you know where to send the returned item and after receiving it I will deduct the actual shipping charges I paid and the listing fees, if any charged me to list the item and refund the remainder of the money to you. I feel this is the only fair way to handle this type of return.

My return policy in no way reflects on your feedback profile! I consider a good customer one that pays promptly and communicates well. I strive to make and keep you happy. In spite of returning an item for a refund, it is my hope that you will return as my customer. Oh, and I love to get Feedback from my Winning bidders.
