Midwest Estate Buyers "MEB" has adopted the following terms to better service
our customers:

All payments should be made by PayPal or any major credit card, or money
orders and checks drawn from US banks, US dollars only.

Never send cash.

Illinois residents must pay 8.75% sales tax.

Any item over $100.00 in value requires a signature for delivery; there will be
a $2.75 fee.

Insurance is calculated on every sale.

Please note a ten-business day
clearing period is required on all personal checks.

There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.

Returns accepted less shipping, handling and insurance if you contact us within
4 days and item is received by us within 10 days.
WINNING BIDDERS: Please do not contact us until we have confirmed by
e-mail that you are the winning bidder (not just the high bidder). If
you do not hear from us within three business days, please feel free to contact
