Return Policy: For
products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive
replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we receive
the merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not
refundable. 1.) If you receive a wrong or defective item please call Customer Service at 603-427-5177 within three (3) days from the date you receive the product. You will need to provide us with your auction number. 2.) Returns must be received by TekStop.com within ten (10) calendar days from the date your auction number was provided. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return. 30, 60 and 90-day warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from TekStop.com unless otherwise stated. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. 3.) Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped from TekStop.com. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of TekStop.com. 4.) Pack all items in the original box in which they were shipped. Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the auction # on ALL 6 SIDES of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible auction# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.
