We know you're busy, so it means a lot that you stopped by our About Me page. Does that also mean you'd like to know something useful? We believe most people want to know if they're dealing with a seller who is honest and fair, and really don't care what hobbies we enjoy, or what our pets look like. (But we'll be happy to e-mail you photos of the little darlings!) As both buyers and sellers on the Internet, we understand what it's like to deal with people you don't know and (usually) will never meet. This process can be very intimidating, so we do what we can to make our customers comfortable with the process. After all, we want you to be happy and buy from us again! We try very hard to please, and we believe a 99% satisfaction track record is pretty darned good. (And, no, unfortunately you can't please everyone all the time... but we certainly do try.) In any case, we hope you'll enjoy doing business with us! Here's what our last five trading partners had to say about Trojan Horse Antiques & Collectibles:
Praise: Great transaction, would highly recommend to others! Thanks! A+++

Please don't hesitate to write to us if you have any questions about the items we're selling, our sales policies, or what the weather's like in Southern California's lovely Tehachapi mountains. After all, it gets pretty boring sitting at a computer in your little ol' home office, and we hardly ever have enough e-mail to answer. ;-) Our e-mail address is: trojanhorse1@earthlink.net
