• High bids $50.00 and over automatically ship with insurance at BUYER EXPENSE.

• To keep costs down, we generally ship items via USPS once or twice a week, using the most economical means. (We also use UPS.)

• This means your item may be shipped via Parcel Post, Media Mail, First Class, or Priority mail - whatever is usually cheapest.

• Based on quoted USPS delivery times, please allow 2-7 business days for your item to arrive AFTER SHIPMENT.

• If a buyer is willing to pay the additional shipping costs, we are happy to UPGRADE your item to a faster shipping method or service.
  When making payment, you must NOTIFY US if you want us to do this! We cannot read your mind or change terms after shipping.

• Shipping discounts for SIMILAR or LIKE items that can easily be shipped together are sometimes offered (but not always).

• If a shipping discount is offered it should be mentioned in the item description and/or under the SHIPPING & HANDLING section of the item  listing page.

• Handling includes time, materials, and labor required to process, pack and ship items.
  Since prices and fees are always rising, we desperately try to keep S/H costs down by recycling boxes and packing material.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the BUYER'S responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
  Do NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

[1] Unless otherwise stated, ** REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED IF AN ITEM IS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE EBAY ITEM DESCRIPTION **. Bidder must notify us of intention to return within 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT. We must receive the returned item WITHIN 7 DAYS and in the same condition as it was sent. BUYER will be required to pay RETURN SHIPPING back to us - including any insurance, delivery confirmation, or additional special services. Once return is RECEIVED BY US we will issue a FULL REFUND (bid + original S/H) plus our sincere apology.

[2] We DO NOT issue refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping UNLESS buyer has purchased insurance. 

[3] We DO NOT issue refunds just because a buyer changes his or her mind, or failed to ask or resolve questions about an item PRIOR to bidding. DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING – especially if it is not specifically stated in the item description! We are very happy to answer your questions at anytime – you just have to ASK. 

[4] ** IF ** we make any exceptions to the above policy (and we are NOT saying we will) such exceptions will be determined on a CASE-BY-CASE basis and buyer will only receive a PARTIAL REFUND (bid + original S/H – LESS/MINUS seller’s eBay, PayPal, restocking & other fees). All other conditions, as stated in the above Return Policy, apply.

We recognize that circumstances sometimes arise which make it difficult for either the buyer or seller to meet his/her auction commitment.
