Travelling has always been my passion. I believe that to enjoy life, one must indulge one senses in the beauty of different cultures and mother nature. Fascination with the ancient art of tie dye has drawn me to establish my ebay store. It simply amazing to see the works of art that is created through tie dye, each stunningly beautiful and absolutely one of its kind. I explore distant shores in search of unique and beautiful apparels and accessories. Bringing to you the treasures of Asia.
My driving aspiration is to offer to all my customers apparels of exceptional beauty and quality. I do not aim to offer you the lowest prices but I aspire to offer you the best value for your money. It my personal belief to offer only to my customers that which I would desire for myself.
Your Apparels
To allow you to enjoy your apparels to the fullest, your apparels are:
brand new and individually sealed
have not been worn for photo taking to safeguard your hygiene
stored in smoke-free and pet-free environment
carefully inspected to ensure that they are free from defects (any minor defects would be indicated in the listing)
purchased directly only from trusted manufacturers
Store Return Policy
If you decide that something you ordered isn't exactly what you want, I'll take it back as a return. Just send your unwashed, unused and unworn item to me within 40 days of shipment and the bidded/purchase price will be refunded to you upon receiving the product. Shipping charges for non-defective products returned are not refundable, and I can't be responsible for returns lost while in transit to me. I try to be as careful as possible with the clothings for auctions and in the store, but if there's a defect, I'll make things right. Pricing Policy
I do not believe in compromising quality for lower prices. There are many grades of rayon available for tie dyeing and I choose only top quality rayon for my apparels. With my stringent checks and requirements in place, you are always assured of quality apparels.
Apparel Sizing
I describe apparels exactly as they are. I give exact garment measurements and I use Victoria Secret's size chart as a guide for the sizes classification. Please check all the measurements that are given, give yourself at least 4 inches of allowance, to ensure a comfortable fit.
Your Payment Method
I prefer payment by Paypal. I cannot accept international money order because of the high bank processing fee which could sometimes exceed my sales proceed.
The shipping options and the associated fees would be indicated in every listing. To ensure that you receive your parcel, I send all my parcels through registered mail, which can be tracked in the event of late delivery.
You can send your payment before receiving my email notification. Simply add the final bid price to your prefered shipping option fee as indicated in the listing, and send payment via PayPal to gtemail@starhub.net.sg
Upon receiving your payment, a payment acknowledgement email would be sent to your PayPal email address.
If payment is not received within 10 days, the apparel would be relisted. Non-paying bidder and final value fee requests will be filed with eBay. If you forsee a delay in making payment, please email to me and keep me informed. I seek your co-operation in this matter.
Shipping
I will send your parcel on the next business day after receiving your payment. The exception is when I am out of town (which would be mentioned in the listing). I do not send out parcels on Saturday as it is a day which I would like to give all my attention to my family. Saturdays would be according to Singapore's time zone (GMT/UTC+8).
If you experience a delay in receiving your parcel, please drop me an email so that I can refer the matter to the Singapore Postal Office for investigation. The Singapore Postal office will only launch a formal investigation for air registered parcel that has been sent more than 14 business days and sea parcel that has been sent more than 9 weeks. This is due to international postal regulation. Hence, I seek your understanding that I can only assist you in the tracking of the parcel after the required shipping period. Do rest assured that most parcels reach the recipents within the stipulated period. All parcels that are sent by me through registered mail are accounted for.

To be fair to all my customers who have bidded for the apparels and have subsequently won them, I do not sell apparels directly to interested parties outside of ebay auction and store. I seek your understanding in this matter.
