INFORMATION CENTRAL! DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM: Although rare, occasionally a customer will receive a damaged, defective, or wrong order. This is merely a function of our being human, and therefore imperfect. We will correct it as quickly as possible, so there is no need to panic (unless of course you did not heed our advice and purchase at least 30 days ahead of when needed!) Please send us an email to let us know of the problem so we can take care of it. IF YOU THINK YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG COLOR VEIL... ...check the label on the cellophane wrapper. The pale shade of ivory may appear white in some lighting (but when next to our white veils the difference is obvious!) If your veil label ends in "W" it is white; if it ends in "Y" it is ivory. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY if you need to return the merchandise. ORDER EARLY! We know that the accessories are the final addition to your bridal ensemble, but please purchase well ahead of your wearing date. Remember - we do not provide express shipping at any time. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Jewelry
The metal plating on your jewelry will tarnish if improperly cared for. The elements and hair products cause damage. Avoid excessive and unnecessary exposure to these items prior to your wearing date. Be sure and wipe clean and store in an airtight container after handling. Crystals may be cleaned with Q-tip dipped in vinegar. Faux pearls may be polished with a soft dry cloth. DO NOT TEAR AT THE PLASTIC PACKAGING - this can damage your jewelry. Carefully cut the wrapper away with scissors. Over time stones may loosen and should be inspected periodically for stability. Tiaras, headbands and adjustable crowns can withstand some adjustment of the band - do so with care. Combs, stationary crowns and some bun wraps are not intended to be flexible and should be worn as constructed.

Veils
Veils are neatly folded and shipped flat, but may have some wrinkles. To remove wrinkles simply hang you veil for a few days before needed. You may also remove wrinkles in a steamy shower or having it done by a dry cleaner experienced in the care of bridal garments.

RETURN POLICY
We must authorize all returns. Email us with the ebay item # and reason for the return to receive authorization. A restocking fee equal to 10% of your winning bid price will be deducted from your refund; shipping fees are not refunded. Your return must be postmarked within 3 (three) business days of receipt. Item must be in new unworn condition in the original packaging. If you are returning a veil please refold it NEATLY and enclose in it's cellophane wrapper. Any items returned with signs of wear, damage, smells, or improperly folded are subject to a futher adjustment to return it to brand new condition.
