Soon you will be finding my homemade items for personal care on here. I will have three separate lines to offer: Naturals by Kristin, Wisconsin Naturals, and Brandy's Naturals - for pet products.

All are homemade by me with top quality natural products! I also do made to order products, you choose the scent, color, and mold design and it ships within 48 hours!

So, who is Kristin Wilson?

Well, I'm a 37 year old housewife who just has some extra time on her hands, and WAY TOO MUCH stuff in her house! Want some of it? GOOD!

Why would you want to do any business with me?

I don't sell on eBay for a living. Simply to get rid of stuff I have no longer a need for. Maybe it's something you can use, or want, or need. If so, GREAT! If not, oh well!

All items are guaranteed to be as described.

I will refund money if notified within 7 days of receipt of item of description discrepancies. This is the only time I will give a refund for items. To receive a refund, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of item and explain the description discrepancy. I will then send you directions for returning the item. Once item is received and checked, I will refund the money within 7 business days.

I must be notified of how and when you intend to pay within three days of auction end. If you use Paypal within those three days, the notification of payment (instant or pending) is all I need. Payment is expected within 7 days of end of auction, no matter how you intend to pay. If you are paying by Paypal, but not for a few days, let me know this also. Thank you!

NOTE: I do not accept credit/debit card thru Paypal for items less than $5, before shipping. If you wish to use a credit/debit card for items less than $5 you must use Bidpay. Thank you for understanding.

Bidpay: Allows you to send a money order with your credit card. Shipment is made as soon as money order is received.

Payment is expected immediately (same day) when it states so. Please notify me if using Bidpay so I know you are keeping your end of the deal and not ignoring your auction win.

If you need a couple of days, please notify me immediately. I am understanding about paydays. Just let me know right away if you need a couple days to make payment.

For items where it doesn't state immediate payment, payment is expected within 7 days from auction close. Please notify me within 2 days of win as to when and how you will be paying for item.

NOTE: I will only ship to CONFIRMED Paypal address. If it's a gift you want sent somewhere else, contact me before making purchase/bid. I ship out within 3 business days of receipt of payment. If you need it sent immediately, just let me know! I can be accomodating! International buyers, please be understanding of the time it may take for you to receive your item. I ship these weekly as I cannot print out the shipping label online, I actually have to go into the post office and pay for it there.

Combined Shipping: I will combine shipping on any and all items you are winning, regardless so long as the last one ends within 5 days of the first one. Just let me know if you are actively bidding on other items, or watching, and I will hold off on shipping items until you are done. Happy Bidding! :-)
