All About Me!

Yes, that is me in the photo!! I was about 3 years old at the time, on my families farm in Northeastern Colorado. I was all that in my pretty pink coat and red sneakers, to bad I forgot my zipper.:) I have lived in Colorado most of my life. I lived in Arizona for almost a year, but came "home". I live now only about 30 miles from where I grew up. Just can't seem to get away.
I am married to a great guy and we have two wonderful kids. I am lucky enough to get to stay home with my children and have found that doing my crafts has helped me fill the void of not having a "job" outside of the home.

MY REASONS FOR STAYING HOME!! They are my HEART!! Brandon and Ashley
I have always been a crafter of some sort for most of my adult life. My mom taught me and my sisters to sew very young for our 4-H projects and we still had Home Ec Classes when I went to school and we made something every school year in class also. I have always loved antique and primitive things and I started making snowmen for gifts and for a small "Holiday Open House" at the antique shop where my mom is a partner. So every year I would make a new snowman or two to keep something new and different coming. Soon I was making other seasonal prims and needfuls, and finally got up the nerve to try my hand at selling here on Ebay. The first two things I listed didn't sell, so I waited awhile longer and tried again. My first sale was a grape basket filled with hearts. I'll never forget it. It has been fun and a learning experience and although I haven't made my first million I have having fun trying and I have made lots of new friends along the way. I was honored to be asked to join the sellers group, The Ladies of Folk Art and have since taken on the roll as Leader, yikes...I have made so many great friends there and spend more time that I should talking to them and not sewing...:) But I have made life long friends there and cherish each and everyone of them. You girls are all the best.
One of my best friends is someone I meant here on Ebay. She gives me great ideas and I try my best to bring her ideas to "life". She is a true friend and I would have given up selling on here if it weren't for her encouragment. :0) Thanks Bonnie, Love Ya!! So that's enough about me. Thanks for taking the time to find out more about me. I love what I do and I hope it shows in my work and attention I give to my customers. Prim Blessings, Joleen
