Resizing

Can you resize rings? How much does it cost?

Yes we can resize any from you to any size. A small resize fee will apply as follows

Any size smaller than original size listed on the auction will cost 25 dollars.

If you need a bigger size than listed on the auction it will cost you 25 dollars size for next bigger size and 10 dollars for each additional size. So if the original size is 6 and you need size 7 it will cost you 25 dollars. If you need size 8 it will cost you 35 dollars. We can also resize eternity bands to any size. How long does resizing takes?

Resize usually takes 2 business days but can be as long as 3-4 business days during busy time of the year such as mothers day or before year end holidays. 

Will the resize affect the return policy that you offer?

No. All item RESIZED BY US are refundable. Resize fees will not be refunded.

Can you make bracelets shorter or longer? What’s the cost?

Most of the bracelets we have are 7 inches long however we can customize them for you to any length. Price will depend on the thickness of the bracelet and the length you will need. Please call us at (212)704 0002 for more details.

What If I receive the ring and it’s too small or too big?

If the ring you received is too small or is too big please call us so we can offer you a quick solution either by sending you to somebody we know in your area or by sending it back to us and fixing the problem.

Certified/Cashiers/Bank Check-Please allow 4-5 business days for the check to clear and your item will be shipped as soon as the check clears.

All of out items are shipped by second day FedEx. All of our packages are professionally packed and fully insured.

What is clarity enhanced diamonds

Clarity enhanced diamond is a natural diamond! Not created or man-made. Basically a clarity enhanced diamond is a diamond that originally had inclusions that were visible to the naked eye, but with modern techniques the inclusions are "corrected" so the inclusions are masked, making them not visible to the naked eye! The enhancement process has the same optical properties as a diamond so light travels through the stone as if those original inclusions weren't there, allowing the diamond to sparkle and scintillate.
