If you choose the call in option to make a credit card payment, kindly keep the order number details at hand as they will be required to process your payment. In certain exceptional cases. Money Orders in U.S$ are also accepted. However please DO NOT use this form of payment unless you have received specific instructions from our customer service staff. In these cases you will be provided complete details in the email that you receive from our customer service staff.

Shipping Information:   Shipping Options: The shipping charges are grouped in the following categories:

(1) By USPS to destinations within U.S. The charge is 8 U.S$ for upto 16 pieces of merchandise. In cases where your order exceeds 16 pieces, a charge of 8 U.S$ will be added for every 16 pieces thereafter.

(2) By USPS to Canada. In the case of Canadian destinations, the shipping charge by USPS is 11 U.S$ for upto 16 pieces. A charge of 11 U.S$ will be added for every 16 pieces thereafter.

(3) Option to ship direct by FEDEX . With this option your merchandise will be shipped by FEDEX worldwide (except countries mentioned as excluded in the section below).

The shipping charge is 25 U.S$ for upto 100 pieces of merchandise. Additional shipping charges for pieces over 100 will be charged on a case by case basis with our customer service staff providing exact details. Shipping Period: Your merchandise would normally reach you within 12-14 working days from receipt of payment. For destinations within the U.S and all shipments made through FEDEX a tracking number for the merchandise will be provided to you.

Local Custom Duties And Levies. In cases where merchandise is shipped through FEDEX (irrespective of the destination) and for shipments made outside of the U.S, the buyer bears all responsibility for local customs and other duties charged.

Return Policy

Returns Policy: The return process is defined as follows:

(1) Where merchandise is returned within 15 days of receiving it. You are free to return the merchandise within 15 days of receiving it. Returns in this category will receive a complete refund that includes shipping charges. Please note that shipping charges will be refunded ONLY if all items in the order are returned. Partial returns of an order will not receive refund of shipping charges.

(2) For returns of merchandise after 15 days and before 30 days. Such returns will be accepted by us at our discretion. In this case a 5% re-stocking fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded to your account. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns under this category. Please do not return any merchandise under this category unless you receive specific instructions from our customer service staff.

(3) Condition of merchandise returned. All merchandise returned should be in the original condition as received by the buyer. No modifications or repairs should be done to such merchandise.

(4) Documents to accompany returns. We would appreciate receiving a copy of the original invoice or reference to order number with all returns. It would also help us improve our customer service levels if you provided a brief note with reason for return.
