     Each bookmark is a print of one of my (Sheri) illustrations. I have them professionally printed and laminated at a printer near me, then I create a handmade tassel to complement each bookmark with various bead(s) on the tassel. This allows for my ability to make them affordable, yet keep the quality high and add a handmade touch. There is a removable tag attached to each bookmark which states: This bookmark was crafted with a handmade tassel from a print of one of my illustrations. Please enjoy, and happy reading!

The drawings that the bookmarks are printed from are often a 'mixed media' (any combination materials used to create the original rendering). I normally rely most heavily on ink, water color, and sometimes colored pencil. One drawing was done in charcoal. I (Sheri) am an at-home Mom, and have enjoyed and been blessed by the opportunity to create these bookmarks. I have taken art courses at Central Michigan University.

Our dream is to tap a market of similar interests from a customer base of 'kindred spirits' to whom our items would be helpful. For both of us, should there be ongoing interest, success would be defined in being able to get a small business going that utilizes the natural loves and interests each of us has found ourselves possessing. For Jim I think that would mainly be summarized in his love of searching for a wide range of quality books, and having an avenue to 'pass it on'. For Sheri this would be twofold - a way of generating a practical use of drawing and 'crafting' interests, and 'job' that can facilitate the sale of these named items in a way that both serves and blesses others in some manner.

Q:I am looking for a specific book (or additional copies of a book) that I do not see listed. Do you have other books? A:If you are searching for a specific book, or for additional copies, you are certainly welcome to ask us. (We are not allowed to sell unlisted items, BUT, if we have a book that you are looking for in stock and not listed yet, we will be happy to list it in our store, then notify you so that you can check it out and see if you are interested. email us at: jlossing@sbcglobal.net. Q:What types of payments does PayPal accept? A:PayPal payment would obviously be made through PayPal and (according to eBay's site) apparently is defined as follows: "funded by PayPal account balance, credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal Pay Later, PayPal Buyer Credit...". Q:Can I pay you directly without using PayPal? A:EBay required eBay stores to remove *paper payment* options from our listings in the fall of 2008, BUT I was told by them that they will allow us to accept a check or money order sent to us if the customer contacts us and requests to pay in this manner. What you then do is mail us the payment, then we notify eBay when the payment is received. Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? (I live in the Continental USA.) A:USPS 'Media Mail'(which I normally use to mail books) states 3-10 (business) days for delivery. I cannot control the postal service's delivery time after it ships. Our policy is to normally mail the next business day after payment is complete. One exception to this would be if a customer has asked me to hold items until they complete their order. Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? (I live OUTSIDE the Continental USA.) A:If you live outside the Continental USA, shipping time varies. I normally try to mail using USPS First Class International shipping on packages that I ship internationally, & communicate with customers after mailing about when it left and what the 'customs' number is on the tag. Unfortunately that is not the same as a 'delivery confirmation' number Q:Do you have any shipping discounts for DOMESTIC ( within the UNITED STATES) combined orders? A:Yes. When ordering more than one BOOK (to be shipped within the USA), you will be charged the highest shipping cost plus an additional $0.50 for each additional book, on a single order. BOOKMARKS are usually shipped differently (normally first class), unless you include them with your book purchase (in which case there is no additional charge - when added to a book order). In the USA, the shipping charge is $1.49 for one bookmark, and no additional shipping for additional bookmarks in the same order. If the bookmark combined discount does not come up automatically (the software is not always complying with me), either wait to pay until I adjust the shipping on the invoice and send you a new invoice, or I can sent you a refund for the amount that should have been discounted if you have already paid). Q:How much is the Shipping Charge on book orders? A:Domestic (within the USA) shipping is as stated in the individual listing, with the EXCEPTIONS being an INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDER. A:We are willing ship internationally. Contact us to find out what the additional shipping cost would be. Q:Can I find out before ordering what my shipping will be for an 'International Shipping' order for BOOKS? A:Yes. You can e-mail us for an amount for a specific book (or a specific combination of books), we can inform you of that amount, you can then order the book(s), then WAIT to pay until I have sent you an adjusted invoice that includes the NEW/adjusted shipping amount. A:I/we try to monitor the website to a reasonable degree. Most of the time it is just me (Sheri), and NORMALLY I see and can answer a question within a couple of hours in the middle of the day, and normally check once or twice in the evenings and before bed. There are exceptions and times we actually leave for longer, sickness, etc., though... Q:What if I REALLY want a book, and don't want to wait and take a chance of someone else 'buying' it first? A:You can make your 'purchase'(s), and wait to actually 'pay' until I send you an invoice with the correct shipping charge on it. THEN pay on the adjusted/NEW invoice I sent you, and then I can ship :) Q:How can I contact you?
