We evaluate hundreds (if not thousands) of manufactures and wholesalers to find just the right products and prices. To meet our criteria, our products must be unique, innovative and affordable. And most important, something we would want for ourselves.
A Creative Edge is not just a “high-end” reseller with a large markup on our products, we sell everything from the finest quality tools to some of the innovative “As seen on TV” products. We constantly strive to keep our prices low as possible.
We are always on the lookout for new products that meet our criteria, and will always welcome suggestions. We also have a long list of products we would like to sell and will be adding more and more products as we find suitable sources at reasonable prices.
Most items are shipped directly from our inventory and not drop shipped. Most large eBay sellers exclusively use drop shippers and have never actually seen the product they sell since it is shipped directly from the manufacture to the purchaser. Many drop shippers charge high fees for their service and are notorious for running out of inventory. You usually find this out when the product you ordered doesn’t arrive.
We order our products from several reputable wholesalers. Some of our wholesalers do offer drop shipping as a side service. In the occasion we do drop ship, it would be a product we had ordered wholesale in the past and were quite familiar with it and the wholesaler.
By limiting the amount of dropped shipped products we offer as much as possible, we are able to know our products better, ship faster and pass the savings on to you.
Customer Service is our number one priority and is among the best on eBay. We take a great deal of pride of proving that in our policies. If you have any problem with anything you have purchased from us, let us know and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a fair and equable manner.
Shipping and Insurance
Once a product has been paid for, it is our responsibility to make sure it is delivered to the purchaser intact and as described.
Even though many sellers on eBay would want you to believe it is the buyer’s responsibility once the product has been put in the mail. It is eBay’s policy and the law in many states that it is the responsibility of the seller to make sure the product is delivered intact to the purchaser as described.
This means if a product is lost or damaged in transit it is our problem not yours. There is no need to ever purchase shipping insurance on any of our products. We will purchase shipping insurance if necessary. If you do receive a product from us that has been damaged in transit pleas let us know within three days of receipt. We reserve the right to request pictures of the damage and may request the damaged product and packing materials be returned to us at our cost.
Shipping Method
Our standard shipping is among the fastest on eBay (and most other stores) and we don’t charge extra for the expedited shipping. While we can’t offer a guaranteed ship date (yet), our shipments will normally arrive within three or four days of being ordered. We have even had reports of shipments being delivered the day after they are ordered.
Most of our products ship USPS Priority or First Class. If an order is placed before 12:00PM EST it normally ships that same day (excluding Sundays). We email a tracking number the day the item is shipped.
Shipping Costs
We don’t play mind games with shipping costs. Unlike other sellers that may charge a few dollars for the product but way over charge for shipping and handling, our shipping and handling charges more accurately reflect our true costs.
International Shipping
Please contact us before bidding for shipping prices. Please include you phone number for Customs requirement with payment. We normally ship Airmail Parcel for international orders. Sorry but Economy (surface) shipping is not available at this time.
Payments
We prefer PayPal, but will take a Personal Check or Money order. PayPal payment should be received within 5 business days. Money orders and checks should be received within 10 business days. For personal checks, items that total under $50 will be shipped when check is received. Items that total over $50 will be shipped when check clears. Please let us know if you will be paying by check or Money order at the end of the auction. If you would like to pay by other methods, please contact us before you bid.
Refunds:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. You may return the item for any reason within 30 days. It needs be returned in the same condition it was received with all of the accessories, packing, printed material and in new condition. The buyer is responsible
the shipping. Full refunds or replacement (including all shipping) will be given if item is received in non-working condition or it is not as described. Refunds will be issued after item is returned to seller and verified.
