AbacusCables is located in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a new branch of a pre-existing company which has been providing eBay member with high quality printer supplies at a reasonable price since February 2001. We decided that we should offer our customers a larger array of products, by expanding into cables for consumer electronics equipment. AbacusCables offers a wide rang of USB and FireWire cables that can be used for a variety of different devices. An example of these devices are: Printers, Digital Cameras, Digital Camcorders, MP3 players and much more. These cables are for use with all the popular brands such as: HP, Epson, Canon, Dell, JVC, Sony, Nikon, and much more.
At AbacusCables we strive for excellent customer support in every aspect of our business and look forward to providing our service to you. Q: What is your return policy?
A: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your AbacusCables purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement. These items carry a 1 year Manufacturer's guarantee to be free from defects. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: If I need to contact you for any reason, how can I go about reaching you?
A: You may e-mail us 24 Hours a day at AbacusCables@abacus24-7.com If you have any other problems where you need to call us, please call 1-866-787-1223 between 9:00am to 5:00pm MST.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment. After the order has been processed, orders typically take 1-5 business days to be delivered. Everything of course depends on the location of where the package is being sent.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge and do you combine shipping?
A: Yes we do combine shipping for multiple auctions purchased from our store. The base shipping price is $4.95 and then it is only $1.95 for each additional item that is purchased. Shipping to Canada is $6.95 plus $2.95 for each additional item.
Q: Do you ship to any other countries?
A: We currently only ship to the US and Canada. We may in the future begin shipping to other countries, but as of right now are unable to determine an exact time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Here at AbacusCables we accept PayPal - The fastest way to pay! Please follow the eBay checkout procedures to pay directly with PayPal. We also accept all major Credit Cards.
Q: Will I be able to track my order once it has been shipped?
A: Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail stating that the order has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided in that e-mail.
Q: If I ordered the wrong cable by accident, could I return it for an exchange?
A: You may return the cable for an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. However, shipping for the exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer both ways. So if you'd like an exchange, please be prepared to pay the $2.95 shipping charge again.
Q: I don't see the cable that I need offered in your store. Will you be getting the cable that I need?
A: Here at AbacusCables we look to constantly expand our inventory to suit the needs of all of our customers. If you do not see the cable that you need, please let us know and we will do our best to get that cable within a timely matter if possible.
Q: Where is your office located?
A: AbacusCables islocated in Phoenix, Arizona. If you are an Arizona state resident there will be a sales tax charge of 8.1% on your order.
Q: Are your cables brand name cables?
A: Our cables are not brand name cables, but in fact generic cables. We only offer cables that will meet or exceed all original manufacturer standards and quality. We also provide a guarantee with all of our products and will provide an exchange or refund if neccessary. |
