Shipping:

Shipping will be based upon actual shipping costs

Most individual Items sold (such as hard drives, cpus and motherboards) will have an approximate weight of 2 to 5 pounds and these single items will have a shipping cost of $11. Larger items such as monitors, cases, systems and racks will have a shipping cost based on actual weight.

The item will be shipped in 3-5 business days after the payment is received and verified.

- I understand and agree that if I do not pay or send my payment within
7 days after auction is closed, all the necessary costs, including bid price, shipping and handling fee,
and the eBay auction fee will be handled by the appropriate authorities.

refundable if I return the merchandise.
- ITEMS may have additional Warranty
information. Any deviations from this policy will be on an item by item

RETURNING PRODUCTS TO ABERDEEN
Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number has to be obtained by contacting Aberdeen. RMA numbers are valid
for 30 days after the day of issuance. The RMA number(s) must be
prominently displayed only on the shipping label of boxes containing
returned goods. Do not mark the boxes themselves. Any product returned
without an RMA number, incomplete and/or not in resalable condition, or
with an RMA number over 30 days old, may be refused.
Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes
and packing material. A copy of your packing list/invoice must accompany
all returned Products. Returned goods should be freight insured by you.
Product returned to you under Warranty is shipped freight-prepaid via UPS
Ground or other carrier at our discretion. Aberdeen reserves the right to
charge for shipping, handling and labor if the Product received for repair
is non-defective.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Product you purchased
from Aberdeen, you may return it to us and obtain a credit or refund
excluding shipping and handling charges and any restocking-fees as
appropriate. To qualify, you must return the Product, and any accompanying
reference manual, media or other associated documentation so that it
arrives at Aberdeen within a period of 35 calendar days from shipment.
Opened software does not qualify for money-back guarantee. Monitors are
not refundable except when purchased as part of an Aberdeen System.
Aberdeen reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All Aberdeen Systems are warranted to be free of defects in materials for
a period of one year from date of shipment or the lifetime of the product
free of workmanship defects. All Components purchased from Aberdeen which
are not sold as part of an Aberdeen System are warranted to be free of
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of
shipment. Components may have additional warranties by their publisher or
manufacturer in replacement or addition to this warranty.
