Shipping information

 

All orders are shipped by UPS ground service insured. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes, so be sure that your order shows the complete street address with apartment or suite # etc. Additional charges for incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are based on actual shipping and packaging charges unless otherwise noted.

 

Fix shipping costs are for shipments to the Continental US. Are for UPS Ground /Insured.

 

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are considerable more expensive and the extra cost will have to be paid by the buyer.

 

On International shipment I will accept wire transfer Only. Shipping cost needs to be pre-paid. Shipping cost will be actual shipping cost plus packaging cost plus a fee for handling the extra paperwork & wire cost (usually between 20.00 to 75.00). All import cost, all customs fees, all duties, all fees associated with international sales are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Additional Shipping Information:

 

Any item you purchase from us is guaranteed to be as stated in the listing or we will refund your purchase. Shipping is refundable only if it was our fault and only at UPS ground rates to and from and as if it were shipped to the Continental US. Maximum shipping refund no matter what is $35.00. That means if you had us shipped your item overnight – you will only be reimbursed as if it was shipped UPS ground. It also means if you had it shipped out of the country or to Alaska or Hawaii the maximum reimbursement would be $35.00 in total.

 

UPS Tracking information will only be provided if requested – please wait 3 days after payment to make the request. Request should be directed to Daniel@actioninc.com

Payment made through PayPal and when we are able to ship through UPS/PayPal – tracking info is automatically sent out. Shipments that are over 995.00 or to a PO Box – you will have to request tracking info.

 

My Preferred shipping method is UPS - I am setup for pickup and their ability to track a package. Handling claims in UPS is superior to USPS.

 

USPS is cheaper and I will ship USPS - but please note there tracking is for insurance purposes and handling any claims will take several months - 3 to 5 months. USPS will not even start a tracking process until a month has gone by.

 

Damage in Shipping: If the package looks damage – please take some digital picture if possible, Keep all packing material, call or email me immediately.

Exceptions:

 

I will consider shipping out of the country for Items / Orders over $500 – please contact me for details before you bid.

 

On International shipment I will accept wire transfer Only.

 

I will accept money Orders – if I receive them in a timely manner. Be sure to include item #, shipping address, phone number and let me know you will be paying by MO.

 

If you want to bid on several items over several days – just let me know and I will hold your order open.
