We carry a huge selection of item and we are constantly listing them on eBay; So even if you don't see an item in our listings - feel free to ask us and... even if we don't have it, we can most probably order it (as long as it fits into the criteria of the type of items we sell). We have been doing eBay for a few months now and we have been able to accomodate our customers to their highest satisfaction and expectancy - as our feedback shows. As is stated in our 'Return Policy' we always do our best to accomodate the customers if anything goes wrong - sometimes even if it is out of our 'Return Policy' as was just stated; we never had an unsatisfied customer!!!

Our return policy is pretty realistic and accomodating; If you received the wrong item - send it back! If the item is not as specified (i.e. if its not new and it was listed as new) send it back! Or if there are any other mis-representations you can send it back for a full refund or for the actual item you ordered. And because we are authorized dealers of most of the companies we sell you always have a valid manufacterer's warranty for at least a year after the purchase date, as long as you have your proof of purchase with you.
