Due to the time-sensitive nature of this ad space, there are absolutely no refunds given for these banner auctions. Refunds will only be given when the number of ads delivered is less than the number of ads advertised (please see more information about this below). If you have any question as to whether your banner, its content or your advertised items will be acceptable to eBay, you must contact us before you bid! The post-auction activities for this auction are very time-sensitive. For that reason, you must pay for this auction using a credit card through PayPal within 3 days after the auction closes. If you do not pay within that time, the ad space will be offered to the second-place bidder and we will leave negative feedback on your account. You must provide us with a banner ad (or create one at Advertical.com using our ad-creation utility) no later than 10 DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE OF YOUR AD CAMPAIGN. If you do not provide us with a banner by that time, Advertical will create a banner for you and point it to your current eBay auctions or your eBay store. Banner ads can only link to either your current eBay auctions or your eBay store and cannot be used to promote or link to other websites. Ad graphics may not contain URL's, email addresses or phone numbers. We cannot accept banners that use the eBay logo. Only banners created using our online banner-creation utility can display the eBay logo.
The winning bidder is responsible for the content they provide for the ads. Please view eBay's community standards for guidelines. The winning bidder may not resell this advertising space. All advertisements and advertisers are ultimately subject to eBay's approval. Banners pointing to adult and/or mature items or banners containing mature themes may not be displayed in categories other than eBay's "mature audiences" category. Due to variances in Internet traffic, there are times when advertising inventory projected to be available is not. In the event that this happens, Advertical will refund an amount directly proportional to the number of impressions not able to be delivered. If inventory in the given category is not available, eBay will try to run your banner in search result pages as well. Response rates to these ads vary and are not guaranteed. eBay has a very large number of total page views. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that you will actually be able to see your ad running on eBay's site. Advertical explicitly does not guarantee any increase in sales and/or bids as a result of using this advertising.
