We are a team of hard working young people who have devoted themselves to presenting Bulgaria on the online market. We are dealing with Bulgarian militaria, medals and orders, notes and coins, traditional folklore instruments and music, souvenirs, rose and woodcarving items as well as books.

Our small company is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. ShopBulgaria Ltd. was officially established in August, 2003. In 1999, we started offering Bulgarian items on the Internet and built a reputation of sellers providing fast and friendly service at very competitive prices.  In 2002 we created www.ShopBulgaria.com . Today we take pride in running successfully one of the largest Bulgarian online stores. Also, we are Ebay PowerSellers with excellent feedback rating (ak_7 and world_collect).

ShopBulgaria's payment policy is rather flexible:
- we work with Paypal and Moneybookers payment systems. Our e-mail is: payment@shopbulgaria.com
- money can be also sent via bank transfer to our French account
- check / MO is also an option (for bigger amounts mostly, for the cashing fees are much too high in Bulgaria)
- Western union payment
- Paying via credit cards using CCNow payment system (this option is valid for purchases made through eBay)

- we accept cash in registered letter (for smaller amounts mostly)

SHIPPING

We will process your order after we receive a valid payment information (automatic payment notifications, bank confirmation or check / MO). Combined shipping is possible if the items belong to one and the same category or if your order is a large one.

HANDLING

We guarantee the quality of our products and we pay special attention to the careful packing of the items we offer.

DELIVERY

We usually ship the items within 48 hours (of course, there can be exceptions due to holidays or unavailability of items).

Delivery usually takes about:

- 12-14 business days to destinations within Europe

- 16-18 business days to the US and other countries

Delays occur rarely, still this may happen. In such cases, if you think that your item has been delayed for too long, don hesitate to contact us.

 

NB! Mind you, there have been some delays with the parcels we send to France and Italy, due to customs checking practices in these two countries. If your parcel has been delayed, please contact either your local post office or the customs authorities themselves. Please, check up with your local post office first. Please, also note that despite the mailing difficulties with Italian post services, all packages we have sent so far to Italy have been received successfully.

 

  

RETURN POLICY

 

 

If you don receive your parcel or if you are somehow displeased with the quality of what you have purchased, please let us know. We will consider your case and will try to find the best solution to the problem. Mind you, each case is solved on an individual basis, depending on the circumstances that has led to a given situation.

If you decide to return an item, you should know that you are the one who covers the shipping costs. The same condition holds true if an item you have purchased has been unclaimed and got back to us. You will have to cover the mailing expenses for our resending the parcel.
