ORDERING INFORMATION

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

In most cases, orders placed Monday Friday before 2:30 p.m. EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2:30 p.m. EST might not be shipped until the following business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the following Monday, unless of course it is a holiday, and will be shipped the next business day.

How soon will I receive my order?

With 20 giant warehouses located across the United States, 80% of the U.S. will receive delivery within 24-48 hours. The remainder of the continental U.S. will receive delivery within 3 business days.

How can I track my order once it is shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned. This tracking number can be obtained by contacting customer service at 866-358-1919 or 417-358-1919.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods do you accept?

We will only accept payment via Paypal. We expect payment within 48 hours of closing. All sales are final.

Do you accept COD?

No, we do not. We only accept payments as outlined above.

Do you charge State and Local Sales Tax?

All orders shipped to the state of Missouri are subject to the standard state/local sales tax of 7.388%. Shipments outside the state of Missouri are not charged tax.

Shipping from National Tool Warehouse is very reasonable. In some cases, shipping is actually FREE!

What is your Return Policy?

We do not accept returns or give refunds, unless you receive a defective item. If you receive a defective item, it must be returned within 30 days, and we will exchange it for another one. All items also come with their manufacturers warranty.
