Our customer base includes all of the United States and Canada. We are located in Canada but our main client base is the United States. You will find 3 main areas to shop from. Refrigeration Equipment which includes parts, clothing (some of which is handmade and includes many styles of leg warmers and arm warmers) and finally our bookstore which offers new, nearly new and antique books. Email is the best way to get order information. If you find that we have not replied after 48 hours you can telephone us at 519-238-6196. Please check your email junk mail first in case the reply ended in your junk folder. We do not do express shipments to the United States so please do not ask. We have been shipping to the United States for along time and we know what we are doing. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We attempt to describe each item as accurately as possible. Refunds will only be given if the item is misrepresented. Any item that is returned must be returned in the same condition it was sent and all tags (if applicable) must still be attached. When we receive the item it will be inspected and if we made a serious error in listing the item (damage, wrong size, etc), your money will be refunded. If we did not make an error in the listing and the item was just not as expected we will refund the item price minus all fees incurred.
